The Other Press
The Other Press was the student newspaper at Douglas College. I wrote for them for almost a decade beginning as a Contributor in 2013, a Columnist and a Senior Columnist. Some of the stories that I wrote for the many sections in the newspaper include film and restaurant reviews, opinion pieces, technology news especially Apple announcements, humour pieces, and news and sports. A few of my stories were read by famous celebrities including the gang from, “Kim’s Convenience”, CBC News’s Andrew Chang and Stephen Quinn, and the Japanese female rap group lyrical school.

No Idol No Life
No Idol No Life (Formerly No AKB No Life) is a YouTube show/Podcast where me, Steve Stigamier, Ruka Kikuchi, and Michael talk about what happened recently in the Japanese female idol groups including the 46 groups which include Nogizaka46, Sakurazaka46, and Hinatazaka46 and AKB48 both produced by Yasushi Akimoto. It began in 2017 and I joined the show in 2019 as a regular though I’m kind of like a host as well. At times, I also do news updates currently on my Twitch channel and do live viewing parties of concerts sometimes plus sorts to determine our favourite members of the groups.
